Earlier this evening I received a PM from Kimera explaining her intention too leave. Unfortunately I was too slow and wasn’t able to respond before she left.

Her pm implied that she wasn’t sure whether I would care. Too often I think we don’t recognise the effect we have on others.

On the off chance that she might peruse this forum some time over the next few weeks, I just wanted to say that I did care.

So Kim, if you do look back, I sincerely hope you get yourself into a better place.

Since you came back several weeks ago, you posted what were very self-reflective posts, something different from the posts you used to do. What I read was the more interesting, human, and yes, vulnerable side of you, as painful and difficult as it must have been to express. If anything, these later posts make NPD that is invisible, a visible and real struggle.

If you're reading this, I hope you will reconsider returning to the forum some day. In the meantime, take care of yourself. I wish you the best.

This is getting too "emotional". There have been more valuable contributors to this forum such as big Anatoly, Cream freak and a few others, why are they not remembered? There was Midwinter, whose posts were also interesting.
