No clue. My brain is wired this way. I have a terrible memory otherwise.
My memory's very vague too, and I mostly memorize visual picture, words and conversations wear off with time. Smell seems to be the best trigger for extracting them, melody as a trigger nr. 2.

Very true, all 'NF' types (INFJ, INFP, ENFJ, ENFP) belong in a 'Diplomats' category, and INFP (my type) is often referred to as 'Mediator'.
Can also be a liability if it leads to indecision and lack of action when action is needed.

I am a very good sleeper, but people already know I am a legend, supposedly.
I use sleep as an escape route, when unable to deal with a stress or situation. 'pause life button'
