missed that part

It's interesting that you think you own the role of truth seer while the rest of us are blindly high-fiving each other in the mutual admiration society.

I believe I own a piece of the truth, at least.

Honestly, occasionally that's what you seem to be doing. I find people less approachable when they are in the throes of certain collective behaviors. That's my experience.

I think the high 5 society sounds pretty cool actually. Can we get special jackets and maybe a cool handshake too? I want a fancy jacket with a crest on it that’s what I vote for.

So if challenging someone's position comes from you, that's truth. But if it's directed towards you, that's bullying.

Do you see the irony, SJR?

I am all ears if you'd like to point to some specific example of something I said. But you toss out these vague comments and I am not able to address them.

We've just entered the Twilight Zone.

When I challenge someone, I'm a single person defending my perspective though, I'm sure you can appreciate the asymmetry of this situation. I don't make alliances, fill people in, throw insider mockeries relating to past events... That doesn't come across as you challenging me, it comes across as contempt.

I never 'accused' you of flirting. It's not the behavior itself I'm shining a light on, it's the resurgence of the context in which it seems to occur. The meaning of it. But I bet you know that already.

If you believe I've done this, give me specific examples.

And by the way, this is precisely what you did to me on the "Sex" thread, making creepy stalker-like comments like you have inside knowledge of me and referencing posters who are no longer actively posting here.

There you go acting like you know me again. I have no clue what you're talking about. Why don't you stop being coy and make a point if you have one.

For example in this thread. What was the purpose of the Wichway episode? It doesn't pertain to the conversation.

That's different though. I just have a new account and it never occurred to me that it would spook you. But I'm not making fun of or insulting you.

Possibly a misunderstanding here. I am confident that I spotted a pattern but it doesn't mean I have a clue as to what the deeper historical meaning is for you. I'm not a mind reader. In general, patterns reveal coping mechanisms and you can trace them back to childhood. And that's it.

Had zero to do with you.

You're behaving like a creep.

A misunderstanding? While I'm flattered you find me fascinating enough to study, you're way out of line here. No need to respond, I'm done.

I am a narc and I spent plenty of time here asking and answering questions. If you want to know sth. just ask. This forum got quite boring lately - so I just check in from time to time - but that could change if it becomes more interesting again.

Hi KingPing, I'm curious what would make the forum interesting to you?

I have a couple of questions, so I was also thinking about making a thread ...
