Fantasies of success, power, and perfect love

Sounds like fear of failure and a lot of pressure to be perfect, Z. Can really get in the way of achieving something meaningful.

I’m sure you’ve got skills and talent..how can you grow if you don’t give yourself permission to push outside of your comfort zone?

I have these thoughts on an hourly basis. I have been diagnosed with NPD and ASPD.

I often have fantasies of me killing others, gaining infamy and power from that. I also have fantasies about me running companies, having lots of money, having people admire me because of my success. I find I am in my head so much because there are so many good thoughts in there. In there I can have 100 girls chasing after me because I am a famous rockstar, or I could feel powerful by killing any of those girls.

I don't let others see the things I think about because they would get freaked out. I made that mistake once with my parents and the therapy never ended until I went away to school.

These fantasies are completely normal, at least I think, and I have had them as long as I can remember. I find it hard to believe that when someone gets mad or frustrated, that they don't want to genuinely kill someone.
