I score high on all 4 (I, N, F and P), I do enjoy the NF part but wouldn't mind changing I to E or P to J, as it would make my life much easier.

Everybody has a history with assholes  , that might not be that bad as it's easier to later appreciate ones worth keeping. (My "asshole" ex made me learn so much about myself, I can only be grateful to him..)

I'm gonna have to do a retraction, INFJ isn't me, it certainly was when I was 18-19. I don't know if it was for everyone else but mbti was a "thing" when I went to uni.

However having had to think about my performance during ST and being prompted that I'm very specific about facts I spent most of the evening doing whatever test I could find and they come out repeatedly ENTJ-T (where A/T is available), usually with this sort of ratio.
Image
The E-I fluctuates a bit usually due to crankiness. I guess shanz got it right, the emotional dysregulation (ergo the BPD aspect of EPCACE) and hypervigilence, both of which were far worse when I was younger, pushed hard towards I and F. I know that EPCACE is supposed to morph a bit, in that it often starts looking like straight ptsd and develops more towards borderline over a few years and takes a while to stabilise. I wonder how much PDs push people into types, structures and behaviours that they really aren't equipt for.

i can see that one, you don't think that changing your traits would stop you being you?

I'm pretty sure I'd always think the grass was greener.

I can make f/t 50:50 but is not honestly what i want . is more depressive me. If i turn to t.
I have a friend who is intj. I don't think she is a narcissist.
I'm supprised you're not an E actually and more strongly F too. I'm pretty sure INTJ is only a bit narcissistic not actually NPD proper

actually the introversion is very stable. i know i can be very social at times and look like E maybe. but introversion is not about being shy. i don't get energy from people,i have to be alone.sometimes i think if i was an E my life would be easier. at least i would enjoy social jobs.
i can be 50:50 on t and f. not less though.but honestly when i become T i get even more depressed like i lose all the fun. I feel is the defense to lose feeling but that makes me unhappy but not sure.
but other days i get higher F usually.
also the J is worse because of the defense. i had to deal with parents that were a mess and if i wasn't a j i wouldn't have survived. is complicated because i don't know what i want between j and p honestly but j prevails.
and about S i have tried it too to see how it feels with S and i want to die if i do that.i don't want to live

i love being an introvert as feeling.i don't want to take energy from people.i like my internal world lol.i don't want to lose that. but practically i wonder if it would make my life easier or more fun if i was an E . it is very annoying in jobs to be an Introvert, when most jobs need you to be social.
i am a little jealous of P though ,it sounds more fun.but then again i feel J as a defense so i am afraid to stop it

I wouldn't say infj isn't you, I think both entj and infj are you, entj for your raven part of personality and infj for the dogs not ravens, impulsively-snapping-at-someone-then-starting-an-apology-with "for what it's worth"-sentence personality.

In a - all cells being replaced in your body every 7 years - kind of way, I guess.

I'm pretty sure I'd always think the grass was greener.

This seems to be my life captured in a single sentence..

Lol. This sounds like you can switch between all these at will.

why can't you? is not that strange nor difficult .i think i can for a little while  or i can pretend.
feels like emphathizing. except the social one that is for personal use.
the T/F feels like splitting and that i don't trust people and how to be more practical in this world lol.i want to be dreamy and idealistic and i want to live there seems more joyable place by i also hate people ,they suck and i don't give a $#%^.i should know better.
the S vs N. feels the most that i don't really want to change it.i enjoy N the most.
it feels like living in this world N is useless and you should be S but i hate to be S is depressive.
the J vs P feels like i am missing something that i can't be p and i want to be P,although i don't want to give up j at all.i want j too!
i never feel extroverted .i feel i have an inner world and i take energy from there and people suck my energy and always want time alone. but i can become social and enjoy it too very much.i also use it as social mask when i don't mean it,fake.but i can also enjoy it

i think i split with the extroversion /introversion too. so i enjoy it and suddenly split and hate it. and i can't decide if i enjoy it or i want to be alone. but i never felt that i took energy from others,i always felt coming from the inner world.i don't know how to describe this lol

I flip-flop between ENTJ and INTJ. When I need to be a leader in public, I turn into ENTJ. Otherwise I prefer to hibernate in my room and turn into INTJ away from everybody.

Looks like most of us are INTJ (just from the 5 poll answers).
Diagnosed partially of each: NPD, BPD, Bipolar 2, OCPD, OCD
Psych Ward: 7 days ER: 2x No self-harm + In psychiatric treatment

I'm an INTJ.

A colleague recently clued me in to the "INTJ death stare", which I didn't know was a thing. But apparently I have a good one.

Is there any linkage between MBTI and PDs? Why are so many of us INTJs when it's one of the rarest types?
