But, he was involved (rescued, led to greater self-harm) through Walter White who seemed N to some extent.

I actually think Walter was in a so-called "inverted" narcissistic relationship with his wife. She seemed to be the N. She had some kind of control over him.

I don't see NPD in it very much unless he was a repressed N under a strong woman. He seemed to wake up to his grandiosity. But, it doesn't seem very NPD for an N to subordinate themelves to a woman who wears the pants she did. Nor, for her to put up with his "outside distractions" if she were N.

Covert Narcissism is a subtype of Borderline, Inquisitor. Still not an official diagnosis; so we'd get a BPD label. It's just a TV show, TTL!
