Munch by Proxy - 14 yo girl is the victim

I'd love some input because it finally occurred to me that what I have been witnessing in a teen that is close to me is Munch by Proxy by her Mother. I am trying to figure out my next steps as I have to be careful here.

Here is the basic overview:

-Teen is almost 15
-Extremely overbearing and dominant mother who is an "expert" in HER child and a self-proclaimed MOMMA BEAR.
-Teen supposedly has delusions, hallucinations, schizophrenia symptoms, says people are trying to kill her, sees bad people in the mirror, says the voices tell her to kill her mother
-Teen says she has an eating disorder, is now transgender, is gay, changed her name (all in the same week)
-Teen has been hospitalized three times for being suicidal (in one of the finest childrens hospitals the country has to offer) but each time the MOMMA BEAR has become combative and fights with the psychiatrist and discharges the teen
-Teen is no longer in school. Instead she has a full time babysitter
-Teen sees a doctor or therapist or specialist or tutor EVERY SINGLE day. Tomorrow she is seeing three doctors in one day
-Teen no longer sees her father (whom I am involved with) because she says she is afraid of him. ZERO reason for this (we've been together for years) Interestingly, the few times we have seen her she has NO symptoms of any mental illness
-MOMMA BEAR continues to refuse to allow teen to see any practitioners that have any real credentials (I work in mental health). Teen only sees inexperienced therapists and a shady psychiatrist who has teen on maximum doses of FIVE different anti-psychotics and mood stabilizers.
-Childrens hospital refused to give these meds and MOMMA BEAR insisted that the teen have them, discharged the teen so she could give the teen the meds.
-MOMMA BEAR put her gay, transgender teen on the pill. WHY???

This teen is currently about 100 pounds overweight. This weight was put on in the last 6 months due to all of the drugs. She is not in school, has dropped out of sports, needs a full time baby sitter, and spends all of her free time with MOMMA BEAR. She is also at risk of cardiac arrest and has high liver enzymes, according to the hospital. Oh, and over the past few years the MOMMA BEAR has had her tested for many, many ailments such as dyslexia, vision problems, joint issues, digestive issues (and I saw an abdominal scan on the calendar last week).

This teen's life has become a series of dr appointments.

I really believe that MOMMA BEAR has some form of attachment disorder that has resulted in Munch by Proxy and that the teen is her psychological prisoner.

Wow that is a lot. I hate to throw out MBP unless I am talking to the child, who is now and adult, but damm that has so many red flags. It is 11.00pm and I just got home from a business trip little sleep, so not thinking too well, but wow.

How long has the husband been separated. Are you his partner.

Is anyone else thinking this.

MBP is a huge call (it is basically criminal) but a lot of red flags

The mother and father (yes the father is my long-term boyfriend) have been divorced since the teen was 5 years old.

Update: teen was admitted to hospital last night with cardiac symptoms. 140 heart rate, dizzy, nauseous, elevated liver enzymes, elevated potassium.

The bloodwork does not lie and I suspect it is side effects of all the high doses of drugs. Doctors have already started trying to get her off the high doses. We will see if the MOMMA BEAR becomes combative and calls in the flaky psychiatrist who prescribed the doses, and once again discharges the kid against medical advice.

I am considering an anonymous report to CPS.

Okay I will say at this stage it screams of MBP.

I suggest asking if the doctors can work out the dosage from her blood work. Hopefully that will indicate she is being poisoned.

In almost every MBP case we have here we have found the child was poisoned. It can be very subtle, it can be compounded by tweaking foo allergies, any other allergy, elevating stress levels, harmful food choices. All this can have very negative health effects which are compounded by the mother not being truthful. The child is then treated for the wrong things, and it can keep compounding, especially when the person the medical profession relies on for info lies.

" No, I have never seen her do that .." when it is what Mum has been making he do 24/7.

Now for this to be MBP Mum is a huge Narcissist, and a tell take is that she makes herself a martyr.

we have also found increased " highs" from mum' s when all the attention ramps up.

I cannot recommend the course of action you are considering, don't think our insurance covers it, but well set out, like a medium Uni assignment, with minimal emotion, could be the way to go - if anyone ever though of such a thing..of course.

Damm I feel for you guys.
