Mind of a child

Hello I'm 38 years old I am mildly retarded I believe that I have the mind of a child I know I don't act my age I go around saying things like bully bully and Russell Russell or I might say do the foxtrot the bully bully the snake dance and the Russell Russell I live at home with my mom she does everything for me but give me A bath when I go to a hospital or to see a doctor or anything like that she fill out the paper work because I can't read that good or spell that good I went to the 6th grade they passes me on d and f I was in the 7th grade but quit school over bullying I have bad eyesight and I'm humpback I am going for a full mental evaluations here soon I just wondering what you all think about this and if you think they will say I do have the mind of a. I had to update this I found out today that when I was 18 years old I had test done and they said then that I had the mind of a 10 year old child
