I go to the fitness centre 3 or 4 times a week, and i lost 5.1 pounds this week, by not eating chocolate and eating less. What exercises, can i do in the fitness centre.

Eggs are good for weightloss, boiled eggs not fried. They are mostly protein, which is more filling than carbohydrate.

Eggs are good to eat as far as consumption of protein rich diet is concerned but i don't agree that eggs are good for loosing weight.

Yeah i also disagree with that eggs are effective for weight loss. According to me if you want to loss your weight you must eat less but take balanced diet. Make sure that you take low fat and carbs in your diet. With that you should do swimming and cycling. It is most effective for this purpose.

Yes, they do. Even though they're used for bodybuilding, they're still useful for weighloss - as long as you consume a moderate amount.
