Swimming is the best way to drop weight. I also do plank to keep my core tight. No i am not skinny. But I am right, in the middle. Just do 3Ks on the weekends, this spring and summer and you will be ton thinner.

I tried this and was not so successful.
I read that cool water like in swimming pool actually causes
your body to try to stay fat in order to keep warm.

Yes friend, that will work. The main thing you must do is cut most carbs out of your diet without sacrificing too much quantity. As carbohydrates are your main energy source - when they run out your body uses your fat stores to keep you going. Make sure you don't cut out vital nutrients and vitamins as this would mess you up health wise and could stop you from losing weight.

I also agree with your comments. I think there is no other way to loose weight than to go for swimming and a little morning or evening walk.

I am 90 kgs. My lower body is larger compared to my upper body and I am very upset. I have my school farewell in another 4 months and I want to reduce at least 12kgs by then and reduce maximum weight from my lower body. I would be glad if I would get easy and effective diet and workout plan. As I am a student of the 10th grade I do not have much spare time and hence the workout plan should not be time consuming.

According to me if you want to weight loss you should take low fat and carbs in your diet. Green tea is also effective for weight loss. But with your diet, exercise is also important and swimming is best for this purpose. Actually swimming is exercise for all body parts and effect equally.
