Is swimming, a good way to lose weight.

I have an adrenal gland disorder, known as Cushings Syndrome one of the symptoms being weight gain, I do my best to keep off the Ibs though. Does swimming good, for losing weight though? Even if it is just leisure swimming? And does it help to spread weight loss, evenly across the body?

swimming is a great way to lose weight. your working arms, legs, abs. everything you need to work out basically. and you dont need to be swimming fast either.

I agree that swimming is a great exercise for loss weight....
But i tell some more tips her to reduce weight........

Personally I am not a regular swimmer and I only do Swimming at weekends. I think swimming is one of the best weight loss cardio exercise. During swimming our whole body's muscles involve to produce motion, hence its good for gaining muscles strength.

Yes, swimming is a great way to loose weight. I can only say that it's the most effective way to loose weight.

No doubt swimming is good practice for losing weight.It is not just fun,it is proper exercise.Although all cardio good for losing weight,however swimming and running are my favorite.

Swimming is the best calorie burning exercise out there and there is little to no impact on joints. I've been a swimmer my whole life and definitely recommend it to anyone looking to shape up.

Yes swimming is a best way for weight loss, its work really. You can also do yoga and regular exercise for lose weight.
