I think you must increase your workout time to one hour so that more calories will be burned and your weight will be decreased in a little time.

Make sure to have a healthy life style other wise any thing you try will be useless, you are what you eat always keep that in mind, also water is really important so take as much as possible do simple exercises at home for at least 30 min everyday it all depends on how bad you really want to lose weight

According to me there are very simple way to weight loss is just that you concentrate to your diet and exercise. TAke proper diet and make sure that you take low fat and carbs in your diet. You can also use green tea, It's boost your metabolism and burn extra body fat. In exercise you should do swimming or cycling.

The two basic tools to lose the weight efficiently are exercising and dieting.
Losing the body weight through these two tools is more effective as compare to any other weight loss method such as diet pills, steroids, or weight loss surgery because these methods have no any side effects for the health.

You're on the right track brother. Don't try to cheat and don't lose hope. Maybe you'll reach your goal a little late but it's gonna be better and even more worthwhile. Weight Loss is not about eating healthy for a short period just to shed some pounds. Healthy eating should be a lifestyle.
