My name is Erica, and this is my first official post here on PsychForums.

I'm quite a mess when it comes to disorders (hence the name "picklebrain"):

ADD
PTSD
Social Anxiety Disorder
Avoidant Personality Disorder
(slight) OCD
Depression



I'm 20 living in good ol' Richmond, Virginia. My fiancee is on here, too (shannabeannn). She's been wonderful with supporting and putting up with me. I hope that I will find some new friends on here as well who will be understanding.

I posted an intro in my blog, and I'll be posting more blogs about my disorders as time goes on. Feel free to take a look!

With that many disorders I consider you a uniquely interesting case. I'm sure you have a lot of fascinating stories that will twist my mind. Please share them.

I'm glad too

Was thinking of you today. I met a guy with ADHD, asperger, bipolar and some more stuff I don't remember, another picklebrain so to speak. He was my age.

He was the nicest guy in the world. He had a history of heavy "self medication" though. But he has been clean for three years except the stuff the doctors give him, which is a lot of pills.

Still, we got along so well we took a walk together in a district of Stockholm that was the favorite one for both of us, he showed some stores and I showed my favorite bakery before we took the subway for his home and my car.

There are a lot of us out there. Some are nice, some are not. But I'm sure we all appreciate being thought of, and knowing there are people who are able to see past our many disorders.
