Hi im Cj I
Im 19 and live in Ireland.
Dont really know what to say but im glad i found a forum where im not on my own about understanding my BPD.
I hope I get some usefull info etc, to help me.
As I am now I have a mental health nurse who does outpatient work with me weekly
I have only been diagnosed with BPD recently but have been struggling for many years

I hope thats an ok intro!!
