New to this

I have never tried a forum before but I feel I need the help. I have an adult sister with disabilities and am preparing myself to take over as her care giver within the next few years. I am having difficulty dealing with the sadness and damage her disabilities are doing to my parents marraige. I thought perhaps this would be a way to learn more about what I can do to help! thank you for listening!
