Hey,
just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Sophie, 20, and I study arts what I endlessly love.
All my life I've been really self conscious, have had ED for several years now and have gone through several depressive stages. I'm thinking about talking to a professional so wish me luck!

Hey Sophie. You're in Europe? I am in the UK but only just moved here frtom Ireland. I have an eating disorder too, and have had it for around 4 yaers now I reckon. You're self conscious a lot eh? - Didn't anyone ever tell you that thinking is bad for the health!

I'm sorry you're going through ED yourself, it's been hell for me and I might have yet another mental disorder so I'm probably gonna see a specialist anytime soon... eek.

Hi,
I was in Prague a few years ago. I stayed in a hotel on Americka street. Prague is a very beautiful city, and I saw a rendition of Antonio Vivaldi's
The Four Seasons at the opera-house there too. It was the opera house on 'na Příkopě. i think that it is called státní opera Praha:
