hello

hello, not sure where i should be posting, erm, joined a couple of days ago when i was in a blind panic and had the most overwhelming urge to hurt myself( something i've never experienced before and it scared the sh*t out of me that i had so much anger inside) because of the situation i'm in with my partner of nearly two and a half years.
just really not sure where to start.
may i just say hello for the moment while i think of how to explain what's been happening, and then can someone point me to the correct place here for help/advice. thank you.
