I am new here - I'm age 30 and female. My name is Angel8. I don't think I have a mental illness but I unexpectedly lost my granddad a couple of months ago and still trying to heal from it.

hi, i'm new and have recently been prescribed medication for anxiety, depression and OCD. i guess i joined here to hopefully get a sense of what its like for other and maybe understand whats going on with myself a bit more
