Hello.
I'm struggling with intrusive sexual thoughts which also cause other complications. I'm not dianosed so far, but have an appointment with a doctor who will hopefully transfr me to a mental health specialist for a diagnosis and treatement.

Hello,
The reason for my being here is finding coping techniques for some situations in everyday life. I think it is sometimes difficult to find my own clear thoughts in family and job situations.
I find myself emotional (not too much, but still...) and introspective, frequently asking Whys and Hows.

Hi, I'm new here.
I'm 16 and struggling with mental health issues- social anxiety, personality disorder, dissociation, psychosis... Presently agoraphobia has me pretty well house bound. Looking to gain independence from psychiatrists and all that other good stuff

(e.g: coping techniques, validation)
