Hi i'm justine, i've just joined looking for some support from anyone really, i have o.c.d and generalised anxiety disorder! It drives me mad, i have particular issues to do with religion and o.c.d, i'd love to hear from anyone who has similar problems?

Hello I'm a new member. I suffer with anxiety and panic. This website is a little bewildering. Am I doing this correct thing? Not feeling very confident about this. Have TRIED to be helpful to others. Need some help myself over this affliction.

Hello, gosh this websie isnt easy to navigate! I suffer with anxiety and panic, and I don't want it to over rule (the panic, not the website) my world. I lost my dad last year and this has been devastinging. But I still have my mother, two sitsters and my dear sweet nephew to think about. Yet I'm struggling. I lost my job and I'm devasated by this also. The panic stared well before this. Its come back again, can you relate?

forums here, on OCD and GAD. Try the drop down menu if the full page is confusing.

I lost my dad 3 yrs ago. Sometimes I have found nothing makes it better, talking about and knowing other people feel the same way you are is a good thing. There is a grief forum, and anxiety and some just for fun. I am sorry about your loss, I know they are just words, my dad's birthday was yesterday. It was very hard. Today is a new day, many people are in your shoes losing jobs. Just click new topic in a forum you want to in. balletshoes you can do this too.

Hello all. Just found your site through Google. I'm a 39 year old white male, married, live in the USA.

I have always had issues with a few things. What im looking for is the right place to list those issues and see what people think. I have never been to a Psychologist or any other Dr. of that type.

For the most part I hate people, and people seem to hate me, this in spite of the fact that I am financially successful, married with 2 kids.

Which forum would you suggest for me to lay out what I think my problems are and someone here can tell me what the issue is and what I might need to do about it?

Welcome to the PsychForums.
If you have issues that stand in the way of a relationship, the relationships forum might be a start.
Read through some of the different forums and see if you identify with others.
No one here is a Doctor, we just try an help, support each other.
