Hey,

I'm Irish too (I live in Leinster), and I don't know where your sheep are. I saw some in a field near here - Are those yours? hehe

Anyay, you're very welcome here and, as you can see, i've been here for a very long time. There are other Irish people here too- I can think of at least 5 off the top of my head, but I know that there have been more. With each of these conditions that you've mentioned, do you think that there is one, single, underlying illness that you have? For example, I have a 'thing' called Asperger's Syndrome, but this also manifests itself as depression, anxiety, OCD, etc., etc.

Anyway, nice snow today, eh?!

Take care,
Kevin

Hi again,

Meath? - Cool. I live in Naas (Kildare), but I go to college at IT Carlow. Judging by your use of the word 'phase', I'm guessing that you're still in school and are under 20? It's so annoying when doctors/parents think that children are going through a phase but, then again, I don't like it when too much focus is placed on mental health either. I think that one way of gauging a 'phase' from a genuine disorder is the length of time it goes on for. For how many years have you been feeling depressed?

I tried to OD too and ended-up in a psychiatric hospital, as did my ex girlfriend. Hmm, another ex of mine tried to kill herself too. Maybe i'm bad luck or something (I don't believe in 'luck', for the record).
