Newbie here!

Hi everyone, I'm a brand-newbie and from the US. I joined this forum to help myself as well as others, and have a little fun in the process. Laughter is the best medicine after all! I'm a 90% self-healed trauma survivor, who still has another 10% of healing to do. I struggle with external self-image, insecurities, and trust issues. I'm continuing with my self-healing journey and not giving up anytime soon. I've come a long way and happy about where I'm at vs. a couple of years ago! Not letting anything bring me down or get in my way! Cheers to me and everyone else going through the struggles of ourselves while navigating life!
