Hi. I'm new here. I've been an insomniac for years and years. It occurred to me to try and find like souls---so here I am. I've learned to live with my condition. But I want to discuss this condition with others.
Overall, I'm a pretty happy and reasonably healthy individual but I don't sleep much. So there.
