Hello.

I am new to the site and would just like to say hello to everyone. I live alone here in the UK and retired early just over three years ago. I have been dogged with MH issues for the greater part of my life I would say and I hope I can both learn and provide some form of help and encouragement to others like me. I can lay no claim to any form of expertise of course, I'm just an ordinary Guy. But maybe just maybe, every little helps. Thank you.
