Don't quite know where to start

My issues seem to span an ever growing range. It's taken so much just to post here, I'm hoping to try and pull out of this tailspin. Don't know if it's in time or not. Any advice on how to proceed is welcome.

I found that looking around in here that no matter what you think, you are not alone. It gave me some comfort knowing i am not the only one dealing with my past, present and future self.
