hello! i'm new and i think i'm nearing a psychotic break

hi! i'm a 21 year old queer trans person from Canada. i like art, animals, video games and music. my favourite genres are grunge, metal, rock and some edm. (my username is an alice in chains song) i live with my partner and our pets. my only diagnosis is major depressive depressive disorder and anxiety but i am struggling with psychotic symptoms and other sh*t that i haven't been able to tell my psych because he sucks!!
i've also had sexual assault and an abusive father so i will be all over this forum. i'm here to get things out of my brain and get a second opinion because things seem normal until you say them out loud and you go "hold on. that ain't right is it". it's also just cool to discuss other people's experiences. help them cope too
