Hey all

So i have just been diagnosed with complex PTSD and impulse control disorders the main ones I'm worried about are ied and the sexual one i cant find the abbreviation for.

I'm not an animal that hurts people for no reason it has always been provoked although i will admit i have gone to far.

And i do have an insatiable appetite for sex but I'm not some deviant that spy's through windows or rapes, I've been with the same woman for over half my life.

Feels like I'm getting done over, don't know what to think let alone do.
