I am me!

Ahoy! I'm Jade. While I may not be new to the wonderful world of Psychology, I am very much new to this forum. I've been wondering for a while if a place like this existed on the internet, but didn't actively search for it until last night. Needless to say, I signed up immediately!
Ahh, what shall I say about me? I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge. Even if there's a subject that I might disagree with, I take the opportunity to learn as much as I can from/about it. I am diagnosed with Bipolar I and ADD, and it's been a less than graceful journey to get to where I am today. After all, my name is Jade, not Grace .
Overall, I hope to become an active member of this forum to not only learn as much as I can, but maybe I'll somehow be able to return the favor sometime along the way.

Thank you . There's a common trait that runs throughout both sides of my family: Finding whatever flicker of light we can in the midst of darkness, despite the high frequency of strange looks we might get for doing so.

I've only started learning this recently and it makes my life so much easier Greetings!
