Hello and some reasons why joined

Postby Phillipeus » Sat Dec 05, 2015 5:36 pm

Hello everyone :)

I'll start a bit unconventional by saying that if we're lost, we are so to find (out) something important.
And so me being a bit lost atm I found this forum.

I am about to see someone about what's going on in my life lately, therefore I'm not diagnosed with anything, I just wanted to pick up some info here and engage in discussion before I go.

I took intro to clinical psych once and it strikes me how (mild) bipolar descriptions fits me.
I'll be posting more on that together with commenting in the bipolar section for now.

I think it'll be great to discuss with people who are able to feel compassion due to similar problems.

Best Wishes
F

Good to have you joining us, F. Hope you enjoy being here. :D No diagnosis needed to post here. And I agree it's a good way to "get a feel" for an issue. Whether people with formal diagnoses seem to have similar issues and concerns. Or if there are interesting differences.

Many parts of the forum have a "You know you're X when..." thread. They're often quite funny to other people with similar experience. And perhaps can be a positive way to sound out an issue.
We think too much and feel too little.
More than machinery, we need humanity.
More than cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness.
