Hello from Kat

Hey everyone.
My name is Kat Twenty seven. Diagnosed with major depression, anxiety and PTSD. Have dealt with self harm. Am currently living in a long term residential situation for people with chronic mental illness. I'm also totally blind.
Passionate about mental health and disability advocacy particularly seeing that people get as much in person resources as possible so am happy to help navigate the community mental health system as much as possible online to help someone get what they need. Love blogging and vlogging. Cats. My best friend/ adoptive older sister who lives here. Did I mention cats LOL! Have a BS in counseling psychology. Have interned at several hotlines and a women's center. Really will enjoy being here I think. I've been on other forumms and run e-mail support groups. Nice to meet everyone.
