Hello,

I'm Althuzia a 23-year-old from the Netherlands. About two weeks ago I got diagnosed with Avoidant Personality Disorder by my psychiatrist and should visit a psychotherapist soon to work on improvement. I made an account here so i might get to chat with like minded, people who might understand me, because i know none in real life.

I'm not sure what else i should share/how open i should be in this post, but feel free to ask questions if you'd like.
