short intro

im a 20 year old male. had a pretty bad life-changing breakdown about a year ago. after that, i moved from my dads to my moms, began therapy, and am now on wellbutrin.. im diagnosed with social anxiety disorder.. i just found this site the other day, and it looks helpful for when i go through some episodes.

I have the same thing you have, but there aren't any therapists where I live, and the ones farther away are too expensive. I have have medication available though, and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about social anxiety disorder. This site looked good for myself, as well.
