Hi everyone, just need a comfortable place I guess

Hi, I just joined
I've recently been diagnosed with tertiary lyme disease. I have had it for at least 20 years. It kind of explains my stubborn depression and occasionally quite bad anxiety.
I was reinfected just prior to the diagnosis and it has exacerbated some of my symptoms, especially neurological and mental.
Life has been rocky in other areas as well lately and I guess I'm just in need of support. At least in the sense that it would seem helpful to be around people who are going through something similar and understand mental health challenges better than my immediate environment.
I don't know whether I have specific questions even at this point, maybe I just wish I can hang around with people who are in the same(ish) boat you know...
