Hi from the UK

Hi my names Rachel I'm 38 and I'm from the UK
I've had bipolar disorder now for 10 years as well as a personality disorder.
I'm usually happy in my life and have a good routine that keeps me going and a great partner who is fab and so supportive. He knows more about bipolar than I do

I'm really glad you have found a wonderful and supportive partner and are usually happy. There can be a fair number of gloomy posts on the forum so it's just great to hear things are working out well for you despite the challenges of living with bp and a personality disorder.
