Hi there! My name is Kat. I'm 18 years old and college bound. I've been suffering from something mental-illness-related forever. However, due to some unusual circumstances, I have been self-treating since age 18. Please understand that anything I say is based on my very best knowledge, but not on any formal diagnosis.

Anyway, I look forward to learning from this forum. Anything is helpful.

Welcome to our mutual support group. I can essentially guarantee that anything you may have in the way of psychological issues is shared by others on this forum. I think the best way to approach the forum is to expect nothing from people here- that way, you may well be pleasantly surprised.
