Hey all - New here

Hey guys - I'm John. I am a 23 year old Army vet, and I am now in culinary school (associates degree program) and I am loving every minute of it.

I joined this forum because I was recently diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder, so I felt like I should reach out and find a forum or something of the sort. I was diagnosed almost two months ago, and I am starting to feel a lot better with medication and with the help of friends and family.

I currently take: Lamictal - 200mg, Seroquel XR - 150 mg, Xanax ER - 2 mg, Temazapam - 30 mg, Celexa - 40 mg daily and the level of meds at this point seems to be effective.

Anyway, just introducing myself.
