I'm only here for learning about anything really

I'm undiagnosised DID, bi-polar and depression.

I want to learn how to cope with these conditions without having to go into theraphy.
Unless absolutely needed for my healths sake. But right now I'm coping quite well with these conditions.

I've been on here for a while but thought might as well introduce myself.

Hi lonelykitten and welcome :D

I'm assuming as you've been here a while you have already found the forums that interest you?

Is there a reason why you are against therapy?
I'm afraid i can't offer any advice on how to deal with those issues without meds or therapy. I lived with depression for years until i finally admitted defeat and accepted help. I'm glad i did - i now have hope that things will be better whereas before i just hoped they didn't get worse.

Anyway, i hope being here and talking through things is helpful for you :D

Right now if I do I won't be able to continue functioning in everyday life like I usually do.
I'd have to pause.

Would that be so bad? If it meant moving forward instead of just getting by? You'd be surprised what you are able to do!
