outbox or sent? - posting question

Postby wanderingstar » Tue May 03, 2011 8:57 am

Some of messages I sent ended up in "outbox" not "sent". box.

Has the recipient actually received them or not I can't tell?

Hey,

Many people have pondered this in the past and have asked me in private. Here is the answer:

When you send a message and it remains in the 'outbox', it means that the recipient has not yet read it. If they read it, then the message would be transferred to the 'sent' box. In relation to this: If you delete a message that is in your 'outbox', the recipient would not be able to read it (but they would know that you had sent them a message that you then decoded to delete).
