Introduction

Hi, just thought I would quickly introduce myself. I'm Leon and I strugle with an alcohol problem which has been the case for the last 10 years or so. I am thinking of trying to get help and am looking at several programmes. If anybody can help with a good programme please do let me know. Thx 4 now

Leon, I am aware that the AlAnon programme has been successful for treating people in your position. in fact, I am yet to hear a negative story about it. Look it up in your area. It is a global initiative as far as I know, and they meet regularly. Let me know if you find anything or if you want help with it.
