Just visiting this forum tends to freeze my computer

Yesterday I tried typing a post and it was glacially slow. I finally gave up and was barely able to exit the forum. I had to turn of power to my computer just to do that.

Has anybody else had similar trouble, or is it just my own computer?

Do you use Adblock? And no I don't have that issue.

I use Google Chrome instead of Microsoft Edge and I don't have this problem when I do it this way.
