Would a thread like this be allowed?

Hi, I am new here. I think I have something on the autism spectrum. I often get confused and need to ask and have things clarified before I take risks. I read the rules carefully, and am unsure if I thread I want to make would be allowed or not.
I know someone(who I have no way to contact, and might never even see again, and do not like to talk to) who I think could have Antisocial Personality Disorder. I want to know if it would be against the rules to make a thread in the ASPD section describing in detail their behaviors that lead me (and a couple other people) to suspect this, and ask the community if they think this person does. Thanks. It would bring me comfort to know this closer to surely, but don't want to break rules.

Yes, such a Thread would be allowed. However, no one can diagnose anyone, but others who do have that diagnosis can share some of their experiences or traits that led to be diagnosed and you can get other's words on that.
