Anxious..irritated..lost.

I'm new here..let me tell u about my situation..5 years ago I underwent massive weight loss surgery..i was 318 PDS. And I got down to 102..my Dr. Urged me due to being deathly I'll..i revise my surgery..2 years ago I did so. I went from 102..and am at 150/153. I'm not happy with this..2 years ago I was diagnosed with bdd..im constantly anxious..nervous..around others thinking they are staring at me..i break out in a cold sweat..and start sweating pretty bad..then I believe ppl are in disgust with not only my appearance but my smell...i take trim tell if & kpin but still this causes me issues. It's so bad I refuse to be the social butterfly I once was..i won't even go into gas stations, stores, my kids school....any suggestions.

Have you talked to a professional about this? If it were me, that is the route I would take.

Experiencing anxiety on a day to day basis is very hard for you and you deserve some help in dealing with it. By a doctor and possibly by a therapist as well. It's just that, it really helps us see things in a different and better way.
