Hi chino, welcome to the forum!

No, there's not really a venue here. We're all about peer support. So although there are a few here professionally involved in the mental health area. They are explicitly asked to "fly under the radar." Since they can't be here in a professional capacity.
My suggestion would be. If you have a university with psych department. Or therapist teaching practice nearby. To get in touch with a lecturer there. They might be able to point you towards studies that support the idea. Or studies that show that the idea needs some refinement before it'll work effectively. They might have students looking for a dissertation topic. Who can take the idea up and work with it. Or groups of people with social phobia. Who might be willing to try the idea out.
Unis are likely to be better than colleges. Since they're more used to theory and experimentation. And many have a sort of "social contract." With their local area. To be more integrated and part of the community.
