Greetings all. I was sexually and physically abused for my entire childhood, and have made great strides in healing, but it is still nice to hear from others on their journey. I am also bipolar 2, well controlled.
Do we have a forum to recommend books that have been particularly helpful in our recovery? I have a few excellent suggestions and would like to hear about which ones helped others.
