how to get copy of post that is awaiting approval

Hello,

I forgot to save a post I just submitted to the Compulsive Lying forum. Is there some way I can have a copy of it emailed to me? It took a while to come up with what to write, and without knowing whether it will be posted, I'm afraid I will need to rewrite it. Also, I forgot to but a subject heading on it... will you be creating one, or would you like me to?
