Can't edit signature?

Hello!

Sorry if this topic already exists, I couldn't find one - but I'm posting because I can't edit my signature. When I post the following, which is 96 characters long,

20, female, my long-term partner has DID.[/size]

I get the following message:

The field “Signature” is too long, a maximum of 0 characters is allowed.

Is there any way to fix this? Is this is because I'm a new member, or maybe a problem with my browser? I'm using the latest version of Safari.

I think it is because you're a newer member. We've had trouble with spammers just posting once or twice but with spam in their sigs. You could try again now, or post once more, then try. Should work after that!

I just got the same error message when attempting to fill in my location. and I'm not at all a new member.

Location as well as other msn / jabber / ICQ contact are now forbidden. This place needs to be as anonymous as possible. Giving your location or a way to contact you is going against this.

okay, I can get behind that.... but then why is "location" still included in the "edit profile" section? should it not just be removed if we can't fill it in?

I'm having the same problem. How much time/posting is needed before I can use a signature?
