seroquel xr and creativity

Hello. i am currently taking ability 15 mg, welbutrin xl 300 mg in the morning and seroquel xr 350 mg at night for schizoaffective disorder. i have recently decreased from higher doses of all meds. For awhile i only took abilify and welbutrin and they relieved my mood and psychotic symptoms very well and i was able to live my life. its always been my dream to be a writer and i was able to write brilliantly and effortlessly. since i have been on sequel i have had no motivation to write and when i do its the hardest thing ever to write and all i write is crap. i want to stop taking the seroquel and try something else. anyone else have similar issues?
