Some Help?

I have been using Prozac (20mg) for almost two months now for anxiety, and nothing has changed. I'm not sure if I have gotten any of the symptoms, though I have started having some different thoughts on things and I have been thinking about suicide more. I few times I had overdosed on the pills, and still nothing. I`ll be going to my doctor this week, but I wanted to know if there was a medication that anyone has used that was successful in any way? I wanted to try Luvox, but I heard it is "nasty stuff". Does anyone have extra information about it I should know? What about Zoloft/Other?
