lamotrigine and swollen lymph nodes

Postby keylimepie » Tue Apr 27, 2010 2:52 pm

Yay me. Just what I need. Noticed my lymph nodes swollen yesterday, got worse by today. Apparently a sign of a possible hypersensitivity. So i have to stop taking the med and see if it gets better. If so it is likely the Lamotrigine, and if not I have to go to the doctor. My life is a blast right now. I am still depressed ( I just got up to 100mg) and I have waaaay to many essays to write by thursday and dealing with this on top of it just sucks.

I guess if its the meds I get to be put on something else. yay.

Also, if you have a sensitivity to one anticonvulsant does that mean you have one to all of them? Depression is more of an issue for me then hypomania, but i had panic attacks when taking celexa with a low dose of lamotrigine, so I dont know if that rules out all ssri's for me, or if i can start them if i have a high enough dose of a mood stabilizer.

2 drugs, 2 possible sensitivities. Yay! :?
