If you are on it, you have to taper yourself off of it.

I would not advise to do this unless you are under a doctor's care.

I've been off psychiatric medication for over 30 years. I took a handful of pills everyday for many years. I slowly got off with the help of my doctor, self-help groups, and exercise. I describe the details on my website.

Pills work well for some. But for me the pills stopped working after a while and turned me into a zombie.

However, one must cut down medication very gradually. It took me years of slowly cutting back to eventually get off. Medication causes a rebound reaction when you reduce or eliminate them. When getting off, for a while you may feel worse then you did before you ever took any meds.
Good Luck,
Jim S

Hi all, thanks a lot for your valuable information,

actually am under medication care of doctor, as my doctor even he says that it can be taken off after some time or can be reduced by gradually.. but one has to put self effort a lot..

have to work hard on things like Meditation kind of stuff,,, YOGA, Massages r many, excersizes........... actually, it may not be the same for all the times, it means EXAMPLE yoga experiance or its results also gets changes like a power medication(tablets)........ So we need to be under a soem ones care. as same as psych... treatement process.

So now ; I can say that I have reduced my dose to off of them, coz of YOGA(pathanjali yoga) which s powerfull for mental illness. and should practise a lot to reach certain stage where we can continuasly do it for long time at a day. So that it regains the mental power.

am going to try on it.
nhow thanks for all
